Job Description

Transguard Group is the UAE’s most trusted business support and outsourcing provider and has a large, dynamic, and culturally diverse workforce with 50,000 employees! We are currently recruiting Full Stack Developer to be based out of their office in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and test scalable and maintainable software applications using Dot Net & Java technologies.
Implement robust and efficient algorithms, data structures, and coding patterns.
Provide technical guidance and coordinate with team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, identify areas for improvement, and mentor junior team members.
Architect and design solutions that are scalable, flexible, and align with the organization’s technical strategy.
Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and tools to achieve project goals.
Integrate applications with various third-party services, databases, and APIs.
Develop and maintain Microservices, RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange between applications.
Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize code and database queries for enhanced application performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
In-depth knowledge of C#, .NET Core, .NET framework, Azure DevOps, and Azure CI/CD pipeline.
Good to have Java Spring Boot hands-on experience.
Proficiency in web development technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, and front-end frameworks (React JS, React Native).
