Job Description

Our Customer Service team is built on inspiration and innovation, and which are unrivalled to suit all our clients’ needs. Due to our expansion and growth, a career opportunity has arisen for Accounts Receivable.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for ensuring the company receives payments for goods and services and records these transactions accurately.
  • Post customer remittances for all three operating divisions of Sanipex group.
  • Post showroom cash, credit card, cheque collections and post-dated cheques.
  • Process customer refunds through bank transfers/credit cards.
  • Update all retail showrooms Cash Report for cash and cheque settlement. Reconcile, verify cash collection discrepancies.
  • Post customer bad debt write offs.
  • Allocate customer payments against open invoices.
  • Verify and process rebates requests from all three operating divisions of Sanipex Group.
  • Invoice credit notes (RMA’s) for Project and Trade divisions.
  • Prepare intercompany sales recharge invoices.
  • Perform monthly accounts reconciliations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting with sound understanding of accounting principles. You have 3 – 5 years’ related work experience, preferably from a reputable manufacturing/retail organization in the UAE.

    Strong knowledge of accounts receivable related work. High attention to detail with an ability to spot numerical errors. Works productively to required timeframes and deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. You also have strong MS Excel skills and Microsoft Dynamics or similar.
