Job Description

From welcoming customers to agreeing on closing deals , you’ll support the Service Consultants, Hostess / Receptionists and Product Geniuses in ensuring a smooth customer journey all the way to the car delivery. 

We are recruiting a Showroom Hostess / Receptionist to join our exceptional Abu Dhabi Motors team. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for someone with proven excellent customer service background, who is personable and capable to quickly establish their credibility.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the front office desk and handle the customer and their queries – walk in or via telephone
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing and data entry through CRM.
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Draft emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Professional personal appearance and excellent verbal communication, listening and telephone skills
  • Organized and customer focused
  • Skilled in basic customer service and prioritizing tasks in order to be able to direct the flow of visitors, phone calls, emails, appointments, etc.
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work as part of a team and covering all the aspect of reception area
