Job Description

  • Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude, offering assistance with luggage handling upon arrival and departure.
  • Escort guests to their rooms, explaining hotel amenities and answering any questions they may have.
  • Assist guests with valet parking and coordinate their transportation needs.
  • Maintain the lobby area’s cleanliness and ensure a visually appealing environment for guests.
  • Handle luggage storage efficiently and safely, keeping accurate records of items entrusted to the hotel’s care.
  • Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and points of interest in Monaco Tower and the surrounding areas.
  • Collaborate with the front desk and concierge teams to ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Offer exceptional customer service by promptly responding to guest inquiries and resolving any concerns or issues.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping to fulfill guest requests for additional amenities or room services.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance and guest satisfaction.
  • Adhere to safety and security guidelines to protect both guests and hotel property.
  • Assist in handling group arrivals and luggage transportation for events and conferences.
  • Continuously strive to uphold the hotel’s reputation for excellence, creating a positive and lasting impression on guests.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 1 to 5 years of minimum experience in a similar role
  • Languages Required: English
